Disability Property Search: The FOX & FOX property team specialises in finding suitable properties or land, to purchase and rent, to then adapt or create a bespoke new build home, for the disabled/injured person. After our initial research is approved, a detailed property search begins.
We also are experience in buying second home properties and property for investment portfolios.

What we do
Search for properties for both rental and purchase as required using all online portals, relationships with agents and off-market research/finding through networking.
Rental is a temporary solution with a term of 1-3 years dependant on the claim situation. Some rentals may last longer if the budget is restricted or court proceedings/settlement is not forthcoming.
Undertake viewings with or without clients being present. Clients/stakeholders have the option to access 3D viewings.
Pre-registration with agents and referencing agents.
Feasibility study for works including architecture and costs.
Production of market appraisal reports indicating available properties and discounted properties.
Due diligence including survey reports for drainage, electrical, plumbing, damp & timber, asbestos, utilities and other services.
